Aluminum, Brass & Non-Ferrous Metal CNC Bits

Many of these CNC Router Bits can also be used on aluminum brass and other soft metals.  High Grade 6061 T6 Aluminum can be machined with little difficulty on CNC Routers as well.   Lower feeds and speeds are observed while cutting metals as to prevent tool burnout, breakage, or machine crash.  It is recommended but not required to cut metals using coolant. Solid carbide bits wear out pre-maturely when heat builds up.
