Wood Working, and General Purpose Solid Carbide CNC Router Bits.

Our inventory includes wood cutting bits such as: Ball Nose, chipbreaker, compression, cove nose, engraving, liner, rougher, round bottom. We offer more general use bits such as, slow spiral, spiral downcut and upcut bits. Lastly, straight flute, tapered ball nose, v-groove and wood screw slot solid carbide bits. This broad inventory gives many options to fit the needs of woodworking professionals in the cabinet, sign making, and other carpentry industry, as well as the weekend hobbyist.  These affordable bits are perfect for the learner still honing the craft and the professional shop needing affordable CNC tooling.

Fiberglass and MDF Foam

We carry specialty bits for shaping and cutting fiberglass, specifically the diamond pattern bit sets with end mill ends, and plunge v-point ends.  MDF Foam cutting bits like  spiral upcut bits, and straight flute bits are also available.

Aluminum, Brass & Non-Ferrous Metal CNC Bits

Many of these CNC Router Bits can also be used on aluminum brass and other soft metals.  High Grade 6061 T6 Aluminum can be machined with little difficulty on CNC Routers as well.   Lower feeds and speeds are observed while cutting metals as to prevent tool burnout, breakage, or machine crash.  It is recommended but not required to cut metals using coolant. Solid carbide bits wear out pre-maturely when heat builds up.
